Debbie is the founder of Believers World Outreach. After 15 tremendous years of leading BWO, Debbie went home to be with Jesus in December 2018. It was Debbie’s dream to see people come to know Christ. She has dedicated her work to pointing people in that direction. Debbie was involved with coordinating and project directing mission trips in various parts of the world since 1998. She led thousands of missionaries into different countries during that time. The high point of these trips for her was not only to see the lost come to know Jesus, but to see the missionaries who participated on these trips draw closer to Christ and come home forever changed as a result of their servanthood. Although she is no longer with us on this earth, she will forever be our “Missions Mama.”

FOUNDER
MISSIONS MAMA

Jenny’s heart is for missions and to share the love & gospel of Jesus to the ends of the earth. It is her deepest desire to share that passion for missions with others, helping to take their hand as they step out of their comfort zones and follow Jesus’ call on their hearts to minister to those who desperately need Christ. Jenny grew up doing mission work within her community and around the US, before feeling God’s tug on her heart 8 years ago to step out of her comfort zone and do international mission work. Jenny has been active in participating and leading numerous BWO mission trips around the world, and deeply loves to see how God transforms the lives of the missionaries on the field, as well as those being ministered to. Jenny desires to live abundantly, faithfully, and obediently in the fullness of God, and to humbly serve Him each and every moment of the day. Jenny aspires to meet as many of her brothers and sisters in Christ as possible, and to also welcome them into the BWO family as we continue to multiply God’s kingdom.

DIRECTOR OF MISSIONS

Yleana is small in size but enormous in heart. One of her greatest desires is to see God’s kingdom and power manifest to set people free, healed, and radically changed as they encounter God through missions. Her passions are to love the lost and see other missionaries fall in love with their Savior. As a child, Yleana wrote a list of dreams she had in her journal, one of which, was to go on a mission trip and love on children. Today she realizes that the Lord defined her dreams before she even wrote them down. Experiencing BWO missions for herself for the first time eight years ago, it has been her mandate to walk others through that same journey as they realize the God given calling on their lives. She also pastors her favorite church in the world alongside her fiancé, Elijah Banaga, at The Collective Movement where they experience God, family, and movement. On her free time, she loves spending it with her family, Collective family, running, reading, boxing, and dreaming of all the possibilities.

Tim is married to his favorite person and truest friend, Jill. Together, they have five children who bring them the deepest happiness they could imagine. Tim currently serves as a pastor of the Tulsa Boiler Room, a network of simple churches that seek to live out spiritual family, inviting the lost, broken, and marginalized of the city to experience the love, grace, and acceptance of God. For nine years, Tim and his family lived in Uganda where he helped train church leaders and facilitate the planting of new churches. Tim still has a love for the country and has the joy of maintaining deep friendships there. His passion, in addition to his family and simply walking with Jesus, is to make disciples and equip leaders for kingdom work in the nations.
