Spring Break 2016.

San Diego

Homeless Outreach.

San Diego, CA has long been one of the most desirable cities in the U.S. to both live and visit. With beautiful beaches and mountains to countless attractions and hot spots, the city truly seems to have something for everyone. While on the surface, life may seem perfect in sunny, southern California; there are thousands of people falling through the cracks, forgotten in the shadows of the overpasses, parks, and back alley ways.

In 2015, San Diego’s homeless population was ranked in the top four in the country. With over 8,700 on the streets (a 2.8% increase from 2014), there is a growing issue that must be addressed by more than “Band-Aid” solutions. God is calling His Church to go out and be the Gospel in the streets of San Diego, to love people without boundaries, to reunite orphan hearts to the Father, and transform physical circumstances from the inside out.

This spring break, we invite you to come pour out the love of Jesus on the streets of San Diego, CA. Believers World Outreach will partner with Rock Church Homeless Services, Church Without Walls, San Diego Dream Center, and South Beach Outreach Coalition to share the life-changing love of Jesus with homeless men, women, and children. We will minister through street church, prayer, feeding programs, resume preparations, cosmetology (haircuts etc.), community clean-up, medical, dental, and optical care.

BWO is now accepting applications for groups as well as individuals. So bring your team or yourself, and come be a part of what God is doing on the streets of San Diego!
